Our dear friend Daniel Conicelli
It is with great sadness that we convey the passing of our dear friend and a wonderful supporter of the German Shorthaired Pointer breed..........
Dan dearly loved his family, his friends and his wonderful shorthairs.
He was an active sportsman, a friend to the environment and he had a great love for nature and the outdoors. Hunting was his passion among many other activities that he enjoyed and the sport has lost a staunch supporter in his passing.
He will be dearly missed by his wonderful family and by those of us who were blessed to have him in our lives as a friend.
Surely his beautiful Cortina has lost her best hunting partner and "sofa buddy" and she'll miss his presence in her life as devoted dogs so often do.
These wonderful dogs mourn just as we do and sometimes I think they have the innate ability to accept the loss of their master far easier than those of us who are simply human.
God bless and keep you, Dan, and may you now walk the beautiful and richly abundant fields of heaven with the wonderful shorthairs who went before you and have waited for your return.
Rest in peace, beloved friend.
